If design services are not required, customers should provide specific customization details such as brand names, logos, or event artwork. Orders are considered binding once they are explicitly or implicitly accepted by us.

Our products meet all applicable U.S. state and federal regulations.

Product Availability and Commitment

If a product you need is not listed, we will work closely with you to accommodate your specific needs.

Overage/Shortage

While we strive for accuracy in order quantities, production processes may lead to a ±5% variance. Shipping costs may be adjusted accordingly.

Handling Stock Shortages

If the stock shortage is within 5%, customers may choose either a refund or a replacement with a similar product.

Disclaimer on Orders

Color and Appearance:While we make every effort to provide accurate product images, slight differences in color or appearance may occur. We recommend requesting samples before large-scale production.

Force Majeure:We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs issues, transportation disruptions, or natural/man-made disasters.

Shipping Costs:We aim to provide accurate shipping estimates. However, if the final shipping cost exceeds the estimate by more than 5%, we reserve the right to adjust the cost.

Returns, Claims, and Cancellations

Our Service Approach:We believe in “honesty builds trust.” If there’s any issue with your order, please contact our sales team promptly.

Return Claims:Must be submitted within 3 business days of product delivery.

Conditions for Claims:Claims are valid for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging.

Shipping Damage:In case of damage during shipping, the recipient should document the damage and notify both the carrier and us in writing within 3 business days.

Delivery Delays:Estimated delivery dates are provided as a reference only. Compensation will not be offered unless delays exceed standard industry practices.

Cancellation Policy:Cancellations are only accepted before product customization begins. Restocking fees may apply to returns.
