For shipments under FOB Los Angeles terms, shipping and handling costs are not included in the product price.
International shipping quotes can be provided as either "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) or "Delivered Duty Unpaid" (DDU) depending on the customer’s request. Not all countries accept DDP terms. To provide an accurate quote, the full delivery address is required.
A DDP quote covers duties and VAT, while a DDU quote does not. Under DDU terms, the recipient is responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes to the carrier or customs agent before the goods can be released. In some cases, the recipient may also need to provide authorization for customs clearance.
Unless a specific shipping method is specified by the customer in advance, We retains the right to choose the most suitable shipping method.
For sample shipments, We typically uses express carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL, but customers can request a specific carrier.
For larger orders, air freight is generally more cost-effective than express shipping. Air freight is selected when customers have urgent delivery needs.
Bulk orders are typically shipped via sea freight or rail freight.
Unless otherwise requested by the customer, products will be packaged in bulk.
We reserves the right to ship orders in multiple shipments.
If an address error provided by the customer leads to UPS or FedEx charging a correction fee, the customer will be responsible for covering this charge. Address correction cases can take 2-4 weeks to process. Please ensure that suite and floor information are included in your delivery address.
If a package needs to be redirected after it has left our facility, please contact us or the carrier directly. Additional redirection fees may apply, and if charged to us, we will issue an invoice upon receipt of the notification.
While we guarantee the quality of our products, we cannot be held responsible for items lost, damaged, or returned due to incorrect addresses or carrier errors. In such situations, we are committed to working with customers to resolve the issue.
